Well guys, here is another version of Gir that was suggested by a couple of people. This time we will be learning "how to draw Joker Gir", step by step. He is such a universal character to dress up which makes creating these tutorials really fun. I was going to go with another design, but I figured if I'm going to dress Gir up as the Joker, he should also look insane like him too. The main image is twisted a bit or viewed on a slant, but the tut is actually in a 3/4 view style where he is standing hunched over a bit.
