How to Draw Selena Gomez
Well now that I have uploaded my first tutorial for the day I am going to submit the second installment of tutorials that I know you will just find adorable and cute. This next lesson is going to be on "how to draw Selena Gomez" from Wizards of Waverly Place step by step. Now for those artist out there that happen to be fascinated with Selena Gomez and her Disney Channel show, I know that you will absolutely love learning how to draw this pretty face that everyone has come to love. Selena Gomez didn’t always start out as a success you know. In fact her mother, worked like a dog just to support her when she was growing up as a child. Selena was born when her mother was just sixteen. Because she wanted more for herself and for her mother she grew up to become a determined little kid that would make it to the top in no time at all. She made her first appearance on the PBS show “Barney and Friends” and there she stayed for two years. She was later removed from the show and appeared in films like "Spy Kids 3D", "Walker Texas Ranger: Trial by Fire" and other commercials for Wal-Mart and Hasbro. She later landed guest star appearances on two Disney Channel series like “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody” and "Hannah Montana" where she played a rival of Hannah’s named Mikayla. It wasn’t until 2007 that she landed a lead role with Disney as Alex Russo on the show Wizards of Waverly Place and she plays a mischievous middle child who always seems to be a little on the sneaky side. Not only is Selena Gomez an actress, she is also a music entertainer as well. She sang a few cover songs for individual movies from Disney like, Tinker Bell, Another Cinderella Story, DisneyMania 6 and 101 Dalmatians Platinum Edition. My sister thinks that Selena Gomez is one of the prettiest girls that perform on a Disney series today. I think her first favorite is Ashley Tisdale, and then Selena, after that is Miley and lastly Demi Lovato. This portrait of Selena or "Alex Russo" is really not all that hard. This tutorial will show you "how to draw Selena Gomez" from Wizards of Waverly Place step by step. I know you will like this lesson because my sister absolutely adores it. I will be back with other fun drawing lessons in a few. Until then stick around and try something new.

STEP 1.
Okay this is going to be a very simple first step. All you have to do is draw a medium sized circle for the shape of her head and then add the facial guidelines. Once that is done you will draw out the shape of her chin and jaw line as shown to you here. You can then add some light shading on the lower left side under her jaw bone.
STEP 2.
Okay now in step two you will start drawing out the lining of her hair style and because she has long locks, her hair takes up most of the page area. Once her hair line is drawn out you will then use the facial guidelines and start sketching out the lining shape of her eyes. Move down a bit and then draw out the contour of her nose and then her top lip. Add some hair detailing on the ends that are faced toward her neck.
STEP 3.
You are now on step three and what you will start doing now is adding some single strand lines for her hair and make a part line on the left side of her head. Once that is done you are ready to draw out more of her eye shape and then her bottom lip line. Give her some smile lines to emphasis her cute cheeks and then detail her nose a bit. Move up to the top again and then draw a line for her eyebrows.
STEP 4.
You are now on step four and guess what? You are also on your last drawing step. See I told you it wasn't going to be that hard. All you have to do here is add some shading around her eyes, cheeks and nose. Once that is done you will then add more hair strand lines and then thicken up her eyebrows and shade them in. You will give her some eyes and eyeballs and then finish off her million dollar smile by giving her a bottom lip and nice straight teeth. Erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one and then move to the last step to see what you should end up with.
STEP 5.

but shading wood make it even better!! remember: there is always room 4 improvement. u cood b the best drawer in the world and ther'd still be room for improvement...
