So this new lesson is going to basically feature a very popular Pokemon I noticed I've yet to create a tutorial on. I wanted to show you in simple steps on 'how to draw Magikarp from Pokemon', step by step. This fish's final transformation stage is Gyarados, which is one of my favorites (the huge blue Loch Ness fish looking creature). I will break down in small steps to form the very shape of Magikarps body, and the individual details that pattern along the body. It's important to keep the inside lines thinner than the boldness of the outer lines, which of course, glues together the entire composition. Make sure you prepare yourself with adequate drawing tools, a kneaded eraser would help if you're challenging yourself to shade and highlight your Magikarp. Anyways, I hope you guys will enjoy this lesson, I had so much fun working on it. If you need any information on this Pokemon, checkout this cool Magikarp Information Site. Peace and love!
