Well I’m back again with another tutorial for the night and this time it is going to be on another anime/manga character. Since I am a fan of the anime/manga series Bleach, I will be showing you "how to draw Orihime" Inoue, step by step. Orihime plays a very important role in the series. She is the classmate and friend of the main character Ichigo Kurosaki. Just like the rest of his friends Orihime eventually develops spiritual powers of her own after Ichigo becomes a Shinigami. She is not of any non-human race which means that she has human blood pumping threw her veins. Some people may ask how old she might be and the answer to that question is simple, she is sixteen years old. When I was sketching out her body I wanted her to have a cute, innocent looking pose to match her cute, innocent looking face. I sketched her body so that one her arms is resting on her hip and the other is just in a downward position. She has the image of a young school girl which adds that whole cute and innocent quality to her look. I really like the way she came out because she almost looks just like she does in the series. If you watch Bleach you are already aware that she got abducted by the enemies of Soul Society. The interest in her is because she has unusual and extremely potent powers that the leader of Soul Society is interested in. Now, Orihime’s power appears itself as six fairy-like creatures that live in her hair-clips and their names are; Ayame who is a very shy female spirit who wears an oversized dress that covers most of her body and her ability is to heal together with Shun'ō. Then there is Baigon, and he is a bald male spirit that wears a mask that covers the bottom of his face and his ability is to provide a shield for Orihime during battle. Hinagiku is another male spirit that has a very large eye patch that has a horn tipped end and he also provides a shield for Orihime. Lily is a very pretty female spirit that has bright colored pink hair, yellow goggles and she wears a blue swim suit with a tattoo on her lower back. She too provides a shield for Orihime from attacks. Then you have Shun'ō who is a female spirit and Tsubaki who is a male spirit. All six spirits aid Orihime in some way shape or form during battles.
