Despite the name, Jeff the Killer is actually a fictional figure that was created as an internet meme. He is described as being a pale faced figure that has black hair, creepy round eyes, no nose, and a disturbing grin that is in an insanely smiling expression. The meme is usually seen with the caption 'go to sleep', and if you type in 'Jeff the Killer' on Youtube, you will come across various videos based on this wacky looking being.
