How to Draw Princess Cadence, My Little Pony
I don't know why, but I must upload another lesson on based on a character from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic series. Today you will be learning how to draw Princess Cadance, step by step. Princess Cadance is obviously a Pegasus/unicorn pony as you can see because she has the wings as well as the unicorn horn. Her character creation is wicked pretty. I just love her mane, the colors that are incorporated with the mane, as well as her domineer and so forth. Anyways, this is going to be a super awesome lesson to follow for all you My Little Pony fans. Drawing Princess Cadance will definitely be in the top 50 because I know that she is loved by lots of fans. Whenever you draw MLP characters you always seem to have a blast because their personalities just jump right out at you when the drawing is done. STEP 1.
Begin by drawing a head shape, then make the neck which will be connected to another shape that looks sort of like a nut. Add the facial guideline then you're done here.
STEP 2.
Next up, begin drawing out the forehead, muzzle, and then her ear. Move onto drawing the top part of Princess Cadance's mane as well as her crown and horn.
STEP 3.
Add the striped lines on the horn, then draw out the tear drop shaped eye followed by coloring in the pupil. Add the lashes, then draw in the detailing to the nose, ear, and mouth.
STEP 4.
You will now draw out the soft flowing long straight mane. Her hair is one of my favorite parts to her face. Once that is done draw the neck, chest, and the front legs and hooves.
STEP 5.
Draw in more of the body like you see here, as well as the back leg, hoof, and her wing.
STEP 6.
We will finish off this MLP character by drawing the other hind leg, draw the long puffy tail, and make sure that the tail curls at end. Draw in the decorative hoove lines, followed by the detailing on the wings. You will also need to draw in the cutie mark which, then start erasing your mistakes that you may have made along the way.
STEP 7.
Here is what your drawing comes out looking like when you are all done. Color in the drawing so that you bring life to this beautiful princess.Post a comment
