Since my last tutorial was on chibi Chimchar...Well I couldn't think of anything else..I actually tried to make a background for this one,kinda messed up but I'm getting better xD

STEP 1.

Start by drawing his..Beak I guess.

The back of the head and..That little stick on his head xD

Now start making his bottom jaw.

STEP 4.

Make his facial features and the leaves on Turtwig's head..

Next is to make the shell(I think that's what it is..But I could be wrong)

Now the legs and tail.

Last is to make his leg markings and...Stuff..And you're done!
