STEP 1.

Draw the guidelines. Just a circle and a curved line.

STEP 2.

Now draw part of Drago's jaw and head.

STEP 3.

Draw his jagged teeth. Sharp!

STEP 4.

Draw his neck. Since this drawing is side view, only one horn is visible.

Draw his neck details and his other horns

STEP 6.

Now draw his eye and his nostril. Erase the guidelines.
