STEP 1.

Draw the guidelines. Just a circle and a curved line.

Now draw part of Drago's jaw and head.

Draw his jagged teeth. Sharp!

Draw his neck. Since this drawing is side view, only one horn is visible.

Draw his neck details and his other horns

Now draw his eye and his nostril. Erase the guidelines.

Well, you see in the drawing categories there is a section called drawing techniques. Click on that and there should be something that says submitting tutorials. There should be some tips and how to's! And now for the second question. On top on someone's profile info there should be 2 little things that say add friend and block. Click on add friend. And yes I WILL be your friend! boogie meowla

I don't think.... I think Dawn uses photoshop, I used PaintTool SAI for mac. tomatoe
