1

You will start the first step by drawing your bottle which will hold your sake in it. I chose to go with a hourglass shaped bottle, but you can choose anyone you want.

2

Next, draw in the decorative lining at the neck of the bottle, then draw the liquid line. Color in two eyes and draw in the chibi style mouth.

3

Next, simply draw the ceramic style cup for your sake. You can't have a drink of sake without the proper cup.

4

Lastly, draw the dip for the cup rim, then draw in another cute chibi face. Erase the mistakes if any when you are done.

5

Here is the finished product. Now you can color in your sake to your liking.

Description: Hello boys and girls how has everyone been the last two days? Good I hope. I’m sorry I haven’t been around lately but I had to do some things that needed to be done. I will start the drawing day by showing you "how to draw sake", step by step. If you know what this Japanese delight is, (which I’m sure you do), this will be a fun lesson to tackle. I went ahead and drew light jade colored sake along with the traditional sake cup. I had some debating to do with deciding what type of sake container I should draw. I decided to go with a chubby style bottle which makes a really nice shape for a chibi face to be drawn on. Even though this is simple tutorial to follow, the question still arises on what exactly sake is. This popular Japanese drink is just fermented rice. When the rise is fermented it turns into alcohol from mixing sugars and starch. Most beers are also made this way except instead of rice, barley is commonly used. Anyway, sake has been part of Japanese culture for hundreds of years and it is still considered one of their popular alcoholic beverages. I think you will enjoy drawing sake because there is cute chibi faces on them which can be tweaked at any time.
