STEP 1.

First, all you need to do is draw a simple oval-ish circle and a line coming from under it. These will be your foundation lines.

STEP 2.

Now, use your foundation to make the a floret of the broccoli(poofy part at top). Make it with a lot of lumps circling your original circle.

STEP 3.

Using your foundation line, make a stalk. You can make it as curved or as fat as you want, just try to imagine what it would end up looking like.

STEP 4.

On your stalk, give your broccoli a cute face. I chose to do :3, but you could pretty much do anything.

STEP 5.

Now, erase your foundation lines and add a bit more to the floret if you would like.

STEP 6.

Congrats! You just learned how to draw the easiest piece of broccoli in the world! Now, you can color it, give it glasses, I don't care, just make it YOUR ART.
