STEP 1.
First, we'll begin with the basic guidelines to draw the face in perfect symmetry. I like to start with a circle and crisscross it with two lines. This will even the facial elements in proportion much easier. Try drawing the guides lightly to refrain from leaving un-erasable marks on your paper.
STEP 2.
Then, we'll draw the outer frame of the face. Now, drawing the face shape first is very important because of the advantage of knowing where to place the facial elements in proportion. I like to start at the left side and work my way to the right. It's the opposite for left handed people. Remember to always take your time and refrain from rushing.
STEP 3.
Now we'll start working on the brows, and the framing of the nose and mouth. I like to start with the brows first and then work my way to the nostrils and cheek frame.
STEP 4.
To complete the face, we'll sketch the eyes and pupils. Finish the face with the lower jaw and you'll be finished!
STEP 5.
Lastly, sketch the horns and the inner details with thin line weights. Check over your lines and you should be set!
STEP 6.

Spyro!!! I remember I was OBSESSED with Spyro when I was like, five! And the truth is, I still collect Spyro games! Or at least the ones that don't bore me or look stupid. 
I still have my first copy of Spyro 1. It still works great, but the music is choppy. Nice tut, Dawn!

Thanks sooo much dawn! I play Dawn of the Dragon and Skylanders. Both games have great graphics, but spyro looks really wierd in skylanders...

i really love spyro! i remember playing this game when i was in preschool. good old days. . . the skylanders game is not the same as the old spyro games. . .

i remember playing spyro all day every day when i was in preschool those were the good old days, i still have my playstation(not the playstation 1 but the fat version of the system) and sometimes i play it. thanks Dawn for makeing me go down memory lane.
