STEP 1.

First draw the outline of the cute creature's head.

Then, draw in Tingaling's arms, body and feet.

Now add the bell, the insides of her ears and her toes!

Add her BIG eyes, her whiskers, nose and mouth. Then add the tuft of fur at the top of her head.
