How to Draw a Female Ninja, Ninja Girl

1

Let us begin this first step on drawing a female ninja by sketching out some basic guides and shapes that will enable you to complete this tutorial in an easier fashion. Begin by drawing her head like so, and then draw a neck line which you will atta

2

For step two, you will first draw in her headband like so, and then draw the two thick chunks of hair that is parted and falling down the sides of her face. Also make a curl on her forehead and then add some detailing to the ends of her hair.

3

Sketch out the structure of her face, as well as draw in the mask line on her nose. Once that is complete you can begin the process of sketching out her pretty eyes along with her eyebrows, lashes, and iris'.

4

You will now concentrate on getting the top portion of her hair drawn in and as you can see it is in a combed back fashion like any hairstyle would look in a ponytail. Sketch in the loose pieces that are not tied up in the bun. Sketch in all the hair

5

You will now draw out her ponytail like so, and as you can see even the ponytail is in an action style. Draw all the loose pieces of her hair wrapped around the tail like so, and then add texture detailing for added definition.

6

We will now begin the drawing process of sketching out her torso. Start with the shoulder, and then draw in her long toned arm. When that is done, draw her hand and then sketch in the wrinkles, creases, and folds on her glove. Sketch the shape of her

All you have to do here is draw in her katana sword. Notice how long I drew her handle. Draw the hand guard, and then draw the blade.

8

I absolutley love this pose. Draw her other arm, and then draw the band around her waits which adds definition and curve to her body. You will then draw her dress or gi and as you can see it is blowing in the wind. Add all the proper detailing to her

9

Almost done guys. Draw the back of her legs or thighs, and then draw in her buttocks like so.

10

Sketch in her panty line around her cheeks, and then sketch in all the detailing to her sword, clothing, sash, arms, and legs. Erase your mistakes to prepare this ninja for color.

Here she is when you are all done. Now you can start the coloring process to add color and life to your female ninja. Great job everyone, remember to post your work.

Description: Keeping up with the same female character theme, I will begin my day by submitting the very drawing that I was working on for three hours during Livestream, and another four afterwards. Here is "how to draw a female ninja", step by step. For those of you that don't know, I do have a lesson on a female ninja but I called it what these female warriors really are, Kunoichi. I can't remember if I talked about the Kunoichi in said tutorial, but after reading further about these women, I can't believe how skilled, powerful and lethal they really are. Traditionally, female ninja or Kunoichi where usually used or brought in when male ninja could not successfully complete an assignment. These women are trained differently than men in a way to give them an advantage over what male ninja simply cannot do. The saying goes that female ninja should never be underestimated because you never know if they are in front of you. Kunoichi used heir female qualities like their beauty, charm, flirtatious manners, and they even sometimes posed as prostitutes, geisha, maids, and even fortune tellers. The only person that could not be fooled by a kunoichi is another female ninja. These amazing women use weapons like metal chopsticks, small knives, and nails. They are highly trained in the art of shurikenjutsu which enables them to use such small weapons in this nature. One woman inparticular left a stain in the fabric of history for the kunoichi and her name is Chiyome Mocjizuki. Back in the sixteenth century, she started a wide network throughout Japan, and trained young girls who where mainly orphans due to the wars that Japan went through back in those days. She would train these girls into 'miko' which means shrine maidens in Japanese. These skilled ninja would guard temples, sanctuaries, or anything else of importance. They had much respect in the Japanese community because of the fact that they where female ninja. Their fighting skill is ninjutsu, and their weapon of choice is called the 'Nekote' which are steel claws that are worn on their finger tips; almost like what Catwoman wears one her fingers over her leather suit. Anyways, this lesson was amazingly fun to draw and I had a lot of fun in Livestream yesterday with you all. I tried keeping all the characteristics of the female ninja that represented everything they are, and the skills they use to complete missions like their beauty, charm, girlishness, and of course their fighting skill. I will be back with some more fun for you all so stay tuned in to see what I have up my sleeve. Peace out people and enjoy!
