Well, I will start my new drawing day with another awesome lesson that is both good for regular art drawings, as well as a nice tattoo design. The idea to do a tutorial like the one you see here, came to me after I saw some of Christina Perri's body tattoo art. I noticed she had a tattoo of a heart with a skeleton key hole. So after raking through some ideas, I came up with the design you see here. So today I will show you "how to draw a heart lock", step by step. Even though the design of the heart lock may look a bit complex, it's actually quite simple. All the objects and concepts in the design are large enough to draw accurately, and they are also easy to detail. Like always you can add your own personal tweaks to personalize your heart lock. This would make an incredible tattoo design on any female that loves heart tattoos. I'm not sure if males would get something like this tattooed on their bodies since it's way to girly, but that's just my personal opinion. Anyways, I'm so excited to be bringing you this lesson on drawing a heart lock because to me it came out beautiful. I should probably just zip it and let you guys get busy. I will be back with some more drawing fun. Peace out folks and be sure to send me some feedback on your thoughts.
