STEP 1.
first draw the guidelines. draw a simple circle with a cross in it, like shown in the picture. then draw the guidelines for the fan.
STEP 2.
draw her eyes.. (:
STEP 3.
then draw her hair.
STEP 4.
after that draw the details in her fan.
STEP 5.
well this is almost the end of my first tutorial. i hope you guys like it.
STEP 6.

This tutorial is amazing and pretty simple to follow mine turned out pretty well expt i can do shading so i left it out. Thanks for the tutorial!
