How to Draw Chibi Katniss, Hunger Games
Since I was asked to make a few Hunger Game characters into chibis, I just had to jump on the idea because I felt that they would be cool figures to create. So here it is a tutorial on "how to draw chibi Katniss", step by step. As you Hunger Game fans know, Katniss is one of the main characters of the Hunger Games book series. I do have a regular version of Katniss as a lesson, but since I tend to make chibis, I knew that the request for her would be something that a lot of members and visitors would enjoy. Drawing chibis are so fun because they are incredibly easy to replicate. I have no doubt that you guys will fall in love with Katniss in her chibi form. I’m hoping that you will leave me your feedback to let me know if you liked, but more importantly actually learned something from this chibi lesson. Since there is nothing really more for me to say, I will leave you to this tutorial so you can get busy, and so I can prepare more drawing fun for you all. Adios people, and enjoy!

STEP 1.
You can start with a medium sized circle for the head of chibi Katniss, and then draw the face and body guides like you see here.
STEP 2.
Thicken a shape for the lower half of the face like so, and then draw in the long parted bang strands.
STEP 3.
Hiding behind her bangs, begin drawing out the really thick eyelids, and then draw in her eyeballs as well as the eyebrows. Notice the look on her face with her expressive eyes.
STEP 4.
The next step is to begin the drawing process of her upper body. Start with the shoulders, and then draw the arms, hand, and bow that she is holding. Draw the opening of her jacket, and then move to step five.
STEP 5.
You will now draw the back of her jacket tail, and then add detailing to the bow, jacket sleeve, and then draw the button or badge on her jacket which is the Hunger Games symbol.
STEP 6.
Okay guys you are almost done with chibi Katniss. All you need to do is draw in her simple looking legs, and then add some stitching detailing along the edges, and pant cuffs.
STEP 7.
Finally, draw in chibi Katniss' long straight locks, and then draw in the hair strand lines as well as the parted line in the middle of her head. Clean up the drawing and that's it!
STEP 8.
Here she is when you are all done. Color her in and move onto something new.Comments: Post Comment

I gave her a brade though, but it still looks perfect like that
