How to Draw a Valentine Heart for Kids
Okay, I couldn't go without showing our younger crowd "how to draw a Valentine heart for kids", step by step. I know almost everyone knows how to make a heart, but sometimes there are folks that find it difficult to create hearts in an easy fashion. To make things extra cute I added an adorable chibi style face on this heart design along with a simple to draw rose. Roses are so fun to make especially when you know how to do them well. If you're a novice artist and you have an idea for a Valentine's card, this tutorial would be a great way to start your design off. Anyways, I think you will like this lesson even if you already know how to draw a heart. Thanks guys and don't forget to try something creative when making your Valentine a card.

STEP 1.
We will begin by drawing the guide shape of the simple rose. Start with a widened tear drop shape and then move along to step two.
STEP 2.
To create a rose, all you have to do is start by making a swirl in the center of the flower. Make the petal separation line down the middle of the rose bud and proceed to step three.
STEP 3.
Next, draw the entire shape of the heart, and then you are done for now.
STEP 4.
Draw out the stem of the rose and then draw and color in the eyes. Make the mouth and then draw in the blush marks. You will now need to erase the mistakes before you move to the coloring stage.
STEP 5.
Here is how your heart looks when you are all done. Now you can color it in to your liking. Maybe you can even write a nice Valentine's Day message too.Comments: Post Comment
