How to Draw Naruto
Wow, those were some fun tutorials I submitted so far huh? Geeze I can't believe how much fun we had learning how to draw a volcano and lightning bolts. In this next tutorial I will kick it up a notch and do a lesson on a very well known character that almost everyone loves to draw. Right now I will be showing you "how to draw Naruto". Yes he is finally here, I thought it was time to break down and submit a tutorial on this well loved character. As many of you know Naruto is the main character of the series Naruto which airs on Toonami. Toonami is a channel that is owned by Cartoon Network and they air this Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto that has an anime adaptation to it. Naruto Uzumaki was the first character created by Masashi Kishimoto and because of that this manga character has many characteristics of Son Goku from the Dragon Ball series. His main goal is to become the leader of Konohagakure. Naruto belongs to Team 7 along with Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, and team leader Kakashi Hatake, and all of them together study at the Ninja Academy which is where the story begins. Now Naruto’s father is the late Minato Namikaze and what he did for his son was seal the dangerous Nine-Tailed Demon Fox within Naruto's body which cost Naruto’s father his own life, and this is why Naruto is without a family. Now because Naruto possesses the demon fox, the villagers are always showing him animosity when ever he is around. The only way that he can cope with that is to keep his chin up and stay some what cheerful and polite. He also has numerous abilities to his advantage due to the demon fox sealed within him. I don’t watch the series on a daily basis but I do know that it is good. This tutorial will show you "how to draw Naruto Uzumaki, step by step". Like always the instructions are easy to follow and the steps are detailed and simple for your drawing pleasure. I will be back with two more tutorials but in the mean time sit back and tackle this one for now.

STEP 1.
Start this first step by drawing out the guidelines and shapes of your Naruto character. The first thing to do is draw a circle for the head and then add the facial guidelines. You will then add the shape of his boxy looking torso and then add the oblong shape of his forearm and right shoulder. You will then add the shaping of his legs and feet.
STEP 2.
Now in this step you will start adding the spiked shape of his hair and the line for his bandanna. You will now add the eye lines and then the jaw lines. You will now sketch in the jacket lining to shape out his clothes. Once that is done you will start the lining for his pants. As you can see it is simple as pie so far.
STEP 3.
Well you have made it to the third step and I know you are thinking this is simple right? What you will do now to tackle this step is start drawing out Naruto's eyes and his bandanna a bit more. Give him a mouth line as well as some eyes. Next add definition to his clothes and then start sketching in the shapes of his hands. You will then detail the shaping of his pants some more and start drawing out his sock like sandals.
STEP 4.
Well you are now one step closer to finishing this lesson on how to draw Naruto. What you will be doing in this next step is detailing his bandanna by drawing the emblem on the front. Next add the lining for his ears and then add some of the lines on his face. Add more detail to his mouth and then sketch out the collar of his orange jacket. Detail his sleeves with crease and wrinkle lines as well as his pants. Make you you draw out the lining of his leg strap on his left thigh and then draw the shaping lines for his sock like sandals. Add some toes and then move on.
STEP 5.
Wow we are finally on the last drawing step and what you will be doing now is just simply sketch in some detailing and definition on his collar, as well as his jacket and pants. You must draw the cuffs at the bottom of his pants and then give him some toe nails. Start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.
STEP 6.
This is what your sketch should come out looking like when you are finally done. All you have to do now is color him in then you can call him complete.
