How to Draw Flaming Dice, Die
In this tutorial I will be showing you how to draw flaming dice step by step. Now for those of you that don't know, dice is actually plural for die. These slightly rounded polyhedral objects are mainly used by most people with board games, card playing, and craps, sic bo, and other games that require the use of dice. Dice usually come in pairs and they are six-sided with pips (the circular spots on all six sides) starting from one dot to six dots. Believe it or not dice has become a more popular tattoo design being used around the world. Back in some older movies you can see that most people displayed big fuzzy dice that hung on the rear view mirror in their cars. In fact my mother still owns her big pink dice from her very first car that she got when she was seventeen which is pretty cool. I designed my dice in a wicked way. I made them typical white with the roaring flames blazing from under and around. This tutorial will show you how to draw flaming dice or die step by step. As always the tutorial steps are easy to follow and the instructions are simple to read and understand. STEP 1.
Okay the first thing you want to do is grab a ruler so that you can draw the shape of the dice evenly. Once you have that in hand you can start this first step by drawing a typical three sided square box as shown. Once that is done make the begining lines for the flames.
STEP 2.
Okay in this step you will round off the edges of the dice and add a horizontal line on both dice coming from the front corner. You will then start sketching out the shaping of the roaring flames as shown and then move to the next step. See pretty simple right?
STEP 3.
You are already on your last drawing step and I know that you are doing great. What you will do here is draw in the pips or grooved holes on each visible side. You will then color them in black, red, green or purple depending on your design. Finish off the flames and then erase the guidelines that you drew in step one.
STEP 4.
Once you are fished your dice should come out looking like the image you see here. As you can see I drew my sketch on a piece of notebook paper and then scanned it in. I hope you liked this tutorial on how to draw flaming dice or die step by step.Comments: Post Comment
