There isn’t too much more I can say about all the different types of chibi characters that I submit so let me just get to the point with this one. Some of you may remember this chibi figure from a couple weeks ago as I drew her during a session of Livestream. A few days later I have been getting requests for me to make a tutorial out of the cute bubble blowing chibi that has a hip style and a personality that pops off the page. So here is "how to draw a cool chibi", step by step. She is such a cute chibi and I love how the bubble gum dresses her face to add that special burst without the burst.
