OK so I already know that there is a tutorial like this up already however, I'm submitting this one because it has better quality pictures. STEP 1.
This is were you begin to submit your tutorial. You want to first name your tutorial. For example, if your tutorial was a cartoon dog you would put "How to Draw a Cartoon Dog" in the title bar. Then select your complete image of your tutorial. Next move on to the description. This is were you tell about your tutorial or how you got the idea anything really as long its appropriate.
STEP 2.
Now move on to the status of the tutorial. If its an easy tutorial select "Novice", if its medium select "Intermediate", or select "Advanced" if its more difficult. Now select the audience status. If your tutorial is NOT suitable for younger viewers select "On" for "Mature Audience". If your tutorial IS suitable for ALL viewers then select "Off". Now select your category, if your tutorial is an animal scroll to find the "Animal" category. For choose your "Point of view" select "Front".
STEP 3.
In all honesty, I have no idea what "Tags" is for. I simply leave it empty and I guess you can too! So now move on to the comments selection if you DON'T want anyone to comment select "Disable User Comments" If you DO want people to comment simply select "Allow User Comments" then click on "Create Tutorial".
STEP 4.
Now you select your first image of your drawing step by clicking the "Browse" button. Then after that give it your description. Describe what your doing in that image of your first drawing step. And you keep doing that with every step. After you do that click the "Save" button once your done.
STEP 5.
Once you are ready to submit your tutorial scroll up to the page and click on "Submit Tutorial". If you want to see how your tutorial looks on DragoArt click on "Preview" to view it.Comments: Post Comment

I uploaded a tutorial and it never got put on the website,and now everytime I do try to make one,it says ''upload failed'' or something like that.I do everything I'm supposed to do...i'm !

wut i do is look at a pic on the internet i like then right click on it and push save picture as, then save it (ull no wut 2 do!) then when u 1st log on were it says 
o so and so under that it has a bar and a on that says browse click it and pick a pic! not really 123 is it? haha!

and btw tags mean when u put how to draw pokemon,how to draw peopple etc but u MUST make sure u seperate with commas
