How to Draw Human Knuckles, Anime Knuckles
Before I get into some really cool stuff, what do you say we all learn "how to draw human Knuckles", step by step? Everyone asked me for another humanoid character based on a figure from the Sonic franchise. Of course I had to go ahead and make such a lesson because if I didn’t, there would be some very unhappy campers on Dragoart. The lesson itself is going to be pretty simple, but it won’t be labeled ‘novice’ because drawing human Knuckles is still going to have some bumps in the road. STEP 1.
As with other most first steps, you will draw the shapes and guides to create the framework of your character. Draw a circle for the head, and a body guide.
STEP 2.
Sketch out the structure of Knuckles' face like so, and then sketch out the shapes of his eyes using the facial guidelines you made in step one.
STEP 3.
Finish drawing the eyes as well as the eyeballs like so, and then draw the eyebrows, dimples above the brow, and then sketch in his nose, and humanoid mouth. Add some detailing folks to his face.
STEP 4.
It is now time that we tackle the task of drawing Knuckles' hairstyle. Of course I choose to keep the current dreadlock style that Knuckles wears today. Draw some bands at the ends of a few hair chunks like so before leaving.
STEP 5.
Continue on with your sketch by drawing the neck shape, and then the outline of his body starting with the shoulders and toned arms. Once his arms are sketched in and well detailed, be sure to draw the bracelet and knuckles style spiked glove.
STEP 6.
You will keep going with your sketching until the other arm and hand is drawn. Draw the spiked glove like so, as well as the shirt collar and bone style necklace.
STEP 7.
For the last step all you have to do is draw the back and stomach lining as well as he rest of his hair. If there is any detailing or defining that you forgot to do, now is the time to finish him up. Other than that, start making him presentable for preparation of color.
STEP 8.
Finished. You did an amazing job, and all than you have to do is color him in.Comments: Post Comment

Like it. The gloves are an obvious trait but I like how you got the white crescent on his chest and made into a shirt... again. Also like the addition of piercings. Cool.
