STEP 1.
Basic outline(Don't draw the legs and hands)
STEP 2.
Now draw in the hair, and face like the eyes, nose and mouth. :D
STEP 3.
Continue on by drawing the clothing and then draw her torso and chest.
STEP 4.
Draw the large pigtails like so, and then add some detailing as well as draw out the body. Clean up the drawing to perfection and that's it.
STEP 5.

yea i agree,this looks nothing like black rock shooter, actually it looks like the cute lil girl version of her

I have to be honest that this looks Nothing like her But I have to say its a good Tutorial And those who dont know who Black Rock shooter is I shall Explan!:
Black Rock Shooter is a fantasy version of a real life state. She is a girl that fights for her friendship in the real life in other words.
She has Pale white skin with a Black Cloak and of course a Bra ( Dont think dirty 
)
At some point she brings out a Huge Cannon Like Gun and uses it to shoot Black with blue Outlined flames rocks at an enemy. The cannon can be changed into a Black Sword
When she fights she has a Blue Flame emerging from her left eye...
Thats all I know about Black Rock Shooter She is... i'd say ... is the Soul of the Real life girl!

OMG!!! finally someone did a tutorial ive been waiting forever ....but its taken so long i cand rawher and have WRS action figure and the BRS action figure there called figmas ^0^ i love this anime and everything related to her
