How to Draw LMFAO, LMFAO Logo
There is plenty of new music artists out there that has come out and made it from 2004 to present day. One of these bands is who I will be doing a logo on today. When it comes to making the letters in a graffiti type style, you have to be sure to draw them in the simplest way possible. I was asked to “please” make a tutorial on "how to draw LMFAO", step by step. The band started in 2006 out of Pacific Palisades Los Angeles California. The two main stars of the band are Redfoo and SkyBlu. They both come from the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles and together they became the group LMFAO. Did you know that the original name that Redfoo and SkyBlu chose was Sexy Dudes? It’s true; they changed their name after their grandmother said that it would be a good idea to change the name. I like some of their songs and I know that there are plenty of members on Dragoart that loves LMFAO too. Have fun drawing the logo, and I will have fun making more drawing fun for tomorrow. STEP 1.
Draw a horizontal line for the base or guide to make the letters even.
STEP 2.
Begin drawing out the letters in a simple block style. Start with the L, and then draw the M. Notice how the letters touch each other.
STEP 3.
Next, Draw out the rest of the letters F, A, O. They are all drawn in a block style as well, and they are also touching each other.
STEP 4.
Now that the letters are drawn, begin drawing out the two humps in a jagged line pattern for their afro style hairdos.
STEP 5.
Draw in the hair line that shapes out the face and eyes like so. Notice how the face to the right is wearing glasses.
STEP 6.
Draw in more of the face features with some simple lining shapes, and then move to step seven.
STEP 7.
Erase the guides and mistakes, then begin coloring in the hair and other parts of the face like shown.
STEP 8.
Here is the line art and look how awesome the drawing comes out looking. Color in the logo and use your drawing to decorate your room, a book cover, or even a piece of clothing.Post a comment
