What I use to draw:
Pencil, paper, eraser, and for the few times I do color, colored pencil and thin, s'more flavored black markers to highlight the outline of whatever I've drawn. Pretty simple. And yes, my black marker smells like s'mores!
If there's something I don't like, it's large crowds, wild parties, or being around too many people in general. I'm pretty laid back, but I do have a pretty good work ethic in school. I can be very loud, talkative, and even random if you get to know me, but that's up to you! ;) I also favor wolves over any other animal known or unknown to man. If you ask why, I'll say it's because I find them fascinating, beautiful, and oddly similar to humans. As for my drawing history, I had always been a good drawer for my age ever since I was 5, 6, and 7. However, drawing never really interested me until I found this website. It's improved my drawing ability with the wide selection of characters on the website, and has taught me of pencil shading, the technique I use most often. No, I don't normally color my drawings. I'll leave the colors to my audience's imagination.
Arts and Entertainment
I'm mainly into fantasy type novels, but on occasion I'll find a book from another genre that I like. Some of my top favorites are Eragon, Harry Potter, the Sight, the Dresden Files, Frostbite, the Hunger Games, Death Note, Redwall, Inkheart, The Chronicles of the Imaginarium Geographica, the Guardians of Ga'Hoole, the Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flammel, the Chronicles of Narnia, The Masque of Red Death, The Tell-Tale Heart, The Raven, Annabel Lee, A Dream Within a Dream (Yeah, I like poetry!), To Kill a Mockingbird, Wuthering Heights, Oliver Twist, the Comedy of Errors, the Call of the Wild, and White Fang.
So far, my favorite movies include the Dark Knight, Star Wars, Harry Potter, the Crow, Super-Size Me, True Grit, Kick-Ass, Pirates of the Caribbean, Mystery Science Theater 3000, Underworld, the Classic Tron, Back to the Future, the classic Wolfman, Psycho, Bringing Up Baby, 12 Angry Men, and the Abbott and Costello movies. I also like Japanese anime like Avatar: the Last Airbender, Dragon Ball Z, Sonic F (which is a YouTube parody of Sonic X), Wolf's Rain, Hellsing, and Death Note. My favorite non-anime TV shows are Bones, NCIS, Two-and-a-Half Men, Big Bang Theory, Supernatural, Ghost Hunters, and Leverage.
When it comes to music, I like things like rock, classic rock, progressive rock, punk, grunge, metal, indie rock, alternative, and some country. My most favorite band in the world ever is Styx, but I also like Kansas, Cheap Trick, Boston, Journey, the Doors, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Rush, Dream Theater, Yes, AC/DC, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Jethro Tull, David Bowie, Deep Purple, Dio, Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake, Meat Loaf, Nickelback, System of a Down, Dire Straits, Queen, Avenged Sevenfold, Tool, Madder Mortem, Evanescence, Huey Lewis and the News, HIM, Every Time I Die, Bee Gees, the Who, Pearl Jam, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Confederate Railroad, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Soundgarden, Pink Floyd, Chicago, Jefferson Airplane, Jefferson Starship, Starship, Fleetwood Mac, Matchbox Twenty, Michael Jackson, Jane's Addiction, Sugarland, All-American Rejects, AFI, INXS, Rascal Flatts, Nirvana, and most of Weird Al Yankovic's videos. If you're curious, the music I don't care for is folk, screamo, hip hop/rap, jazz, funk, and modern pop; despite that, I do find a song or two from these categories that I like on occasion.
Well, drawing for one. Duh! I am also in the process of learning to play guitar and mandolin, and I often like to practice with that. I also like playing video games like Super Mario Bros., Spyro the Dragon, Sonic the Hedgehog, Rock Band, the Legend of Spyro, the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Metroid: Other M, L.A. Noire, Prince of Persia, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, and Skyrim. My favorite game is Rock Band since I love music so much. I also write fiction stories and poetry on occasion. I am currently in the process of writing a novella with a friend and I've also written a couple of poems, the Crystal Rose and Wolf Song. Lastly, believe it or not, I sometimes read, but only if I'm really bored or not over-stuffed with homework.
