Hello! I haven't update this little spot (or artwork, for that matter *cough*) in a while now. My name is Irene and I'm from Greece. :) I do art on traditional media (and a bit digital, but I don't really have the resources x) ). A goal is studying Fine Arts or music. I play the piano, the violin and the cello. I sing as well, taking part in my conservatory's bands. It's very fun! I generally tend to show as a shy person (apparently) but in reality, I'm really crazy, especially passionate about my interests and very friendly (I also like being open and honest, or teasing my friends. Yes, teasing is so much fun!.) I love anime and manga and am dying to enter the world of cosplay! Music is a huge part of my life and I talk a lot about it. I love inside jokes and nice, long conversations. I also have been playing Butlers Against Humanity a lot lately, hah! (Oh yes, I'm obsessed with Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler and Vampire Knight!) I love Tim Burton and his whole ae
Tools of the trade
I've been trying to improve my coloring lately. I've been using colored pencils (the brand is goomby, from a Greek company, their supplies are really, really good!) and chalk pastels. I've also been using PIGMA MICRON 0.1 and 0.3 pens for inking, they're life savers! Mechanical pencils and normal pencils (HB, 2B, 7B), erasers. For white highlights, I have my trusty edding 780 paint pen thingy. I'm getting copics soon (*squeals*) and I hope to learn how to use them. As for paper, a good ol' sketch pad is a must. My current one is A4 size, which is the ideal size for me (or smaller, I don't like drawing big scale, to be honest). As for 'digital artwork', I use my nintendo DSi XL system with the flipnote studio program.
