im not shure actually, dragoart has changed since the last time I was here, but I belive you push the button where it stands edit profile or account and then it is at the very top a box where you can post your image...and it can´t be to big :) try and rezize it and post it again if it don´t work :)

How do you set a pic as your account icon i tried but all it did was reset
