Oh, okay :) Well, in some ways having a mental illness is a gift. You see the world with such a different, unique perspective compared to a normal person, especially with Psychotic illnesses such a schizophrenia and bipolar. You think of things other people wouldn't dream of, have an imagination so vivid that you could almost reach out and touch what goes through your head. Of course when you can, you're hallucinating XD Of course, there's a stigma attached. People expect you to fly off the handle at any moment. They fear you, call you mental or crazy. Stay away from you. In all fairness, you might fly off the handle. But only you know what you're feeling, and aren't nearly as unstable as everybody thinks you are. When you're on your medication, you tend to be fine. With what actually happens to you varies from illness to illness. With Schizophrenia you feel as if you're not attached to your body, like playing on a video game or watching a movie. Time goes really fast, and you could sit staring at a wall for hours. And then there's the constant sense of fear, and always thinking "something is coming to kill me. I'm going to die today. I wish I was dead." And hallucinations can be good and bad. I don't have any good ones. You always hear voices in your head, telling you to do stuff. If you refuse, another hallucination kicks in. You hallucinate that you're in writhing agony, and the voice blame you for it. And th
