Shows her skill? No, there's not much skill in redrawing from a simple existing image such as this. Anyone can redraw. No talent in that. Real skill is the ability to draw from imagination or look at something and be inspired by it. Not copy it. It's taking credit for someone else's hardwork and is just as poor and shameful as art theft.
I'm sick of this mentality by the majority of users on here, such as yourself.

Oh and the hand-drawn vs digital art argument is bull. People who draw on the computer DO draw it themselves. Equal talent is needed. If you can't draw on paper, you can't draw on the computer and vice-versa.

don't listen to littlenubnubs... it doesn't matter if it's commonly drawn. it shows your skill! and believe me you've got a lot of it! i've seen the original and this is far better than that! The shading makes it look brilliant and the fact that it was hand-drawn :O you're brilliant at drawing. keep at it!
