Chained Angel

This is my Second digital artwork ever and Im exploring new things with SAI and experimenting with luminosity. ANYWAY, this is actually a redraw of an older picture from a year ago...which is this one - http://www.dragoart.com//art/25165/1/1/chained-angel.htm - Yeah you can see a little improvement but idk.
