Classic Lolita Chibi

A new Lolita Chibi! She is wearing a sweetheart neckline, princess seamed, faux lacing, ruffle-added at the hem JSK. An underbust corset is around her waist for added detail. The blouse has a Peter Pan collar with puffed sleeves. The skirt on the girl isn't supposed to be as long as it it, but it kind of makes her a little cuter. And the eyes are a little off kilter, but that's because the one was done when everything else was practically in place. Her hair is natural which adds elegance to her ambiance. Enjoy!!
