This is Tally. Tally is my TNBC OC. She was created as a slave to Dr. Finklestein, kinda like Igor. Sally felt that this was wrong and rescued Tally. Sally used old scraps of cloth to put together a shirt and skirt for Tally and Tally is also good friends with the vampire teddy bear, which is why her hat, front of shirt, and little cape thingy are the way they are...
