This is a night scene I did of Paris with water colors and oil pastels,you might have recognized the Eiffel tower in this one! I first painted it watercolor and then I drew in the buildings with white oil pastel.After,i added lights to the buildings and mirrored theem onto the other side of the paper.Then I added lights to the mirrored side and watercolored blued and white over it to give it a water on light effect. In the end it looks like a reflection in the water!
