Another Blythe Doll :) I used: pen,pencils + acrylic paint. I love this image, it reminds me of when you play with a little kid (my nieces or nephews for me)& somehow they pin you down, and you just cant move cause the moment is heartbreakingly beautiful, and funny & you cant stop laughing + crying and usually they have this demented gleeful grin cause they think they are actually overpowering you... and usually dribbling on you too :D Ahh life is beautiful!

Ok, yeah you gotta look around for them, I took awhile to find what I liked. This page looked interesting http://www.flickr.com/photos/12310577@N04/favorites/ (I hope the linky thing works). Checking peoples favourites is a good way to find something 'drawable'... Well to me, a muse - is like your favourite model, inspiration. Alot of Fashion designers and Artists have muses. I hope the 'bythe search' doesnt wear you out evil

umm i went on flikr looking for 'muses' and got nothing like ur dolls. but i did however look up blythe dolls. it seems these things are very popular, so ill be spending hours going through them :D also my question is, whats a muse?

=D You make me smile! Its funny seeing my name like "that" - sorry if I weirded you out doing it to yours, lol, It was enjoyable to say "Dave"... So asdreamsdie, hmm kids, yeah they have their beautiful moments & the not so good ones. I have 6 nephews and nieces ranging from toddler to late teenage yrs.. We definitely have fun together & annoy each other like crazy! Kids really make you realise how selfish you can be, its like guilt comes as a 'bonus gift'. + the good stuff of course. I will take my time with my art smile

lol. not intentionally "Raechel" :P but there is nothing wrong with being a nerd. i am one myself bucktooth i actually like the way you described this drawing. makes me want to have kids just to see that look on their face ^^; and take ur time with personal drawings. concentrate on ur work (what type of work do you do? i hope its artsy) and i will definately be checking those out on flickr. i hope there is something i like that i will be able to draw. (thats how much i like ur blythe doll art boogie) wow. sorry for the story smile

lol. not intentionally "Raechel" :P but there is nothing wrong with being a nerd. i am one myself bucktooth i actually like the way you described this drawing. makes me want to have kids just to see that look on their face ^^; and take ur time with personal drawings. concentrate on ur work (what type of work do you do? i hope its artsy) and i will definately be checking those out on flickr. i hope there is something i like that i will be able to draw. (thats how much i like ur blythe doll art boogie) wow. sorry for the story smile
