Not bad but here's some suggestions. Regardless of the types of pencils you're using, layering to create a darker shade is the best to do. Your eagle looks fairly decent but the shading could be done neater, take your time and maybe even grab some tissues or a blending stump to smoothen it so it's not so rough.
