Good or not, it's bad to support art theft because it only encourages the act. It's fine to admire the picture but don't support the person or the act of uploading something that's not yours. And she obviously can't make a tutorial of it if she didn't draw it. Further more, why does everyone on here insist on tutorials of existing drawings? Why not learn to draw basic anime sketches and create your own creations from there? Copying is boring. >_>
